And we’re not talking about going up to them and saying, “I appreciate you!” or blasting Beyoncé’s “Who Run the World (Girls)” in the office. (But don’t get us wrong, it’s a great song, and we encourage you to blast it once you fully understand the importance of International Women’s Day). Today is all about recognizing what women have accomplished throughout history, acknowledging the work that still needs to be done to establish better gender equality in the workforce, and how everyone (not just women!) can do so.
